Si Kecilku...Chakk!!

A gud programme from TV3 2 share..Sy x sempat nk tgk kat tv coz slot ni every Tuesday 11am.. On working days..Bersama dengan Pakar Laktasi Rita Rahayu..nie cume sbhgn jer..klu nk tgk yg full leh lah tgk kat TV3 @ Youtube.

~TRIP 2 TRAP~

A week b4 Deepavali was my 2nd visit 2 TRAP, Sg Klah, Sungkai. TRAP is simply the acronym 4 Taman Rekreasi Air Panas. The route passes through the Felda Sg Klah which is serrounded by the thick oil palm estate. We reached at TRAP around 11am..juz take about an hour journey.

The entrance fee into the park cost RM10 for adult n RM8 for children. If u have been here sometimes back, u know the fee is much cheaper back then.

1st we get on to a Mountain Spring Pool. The water comes from a natural water source nearby.. My lil' Humairah n Wardah really enjoy here n swim till bluish lips n do not want 2 go home....sgt sonok lah tu..

There is another 5" feet pool also.. that can stand under the splash waterfall and get the water massage..hehe...

After having some cool time, we get on to a Hot Spring Pool. The water is kind of warm and comfortable to sink the entire body into pool. But my lil' juz jengket2 kaki jer atas air panas.. can't swim there..hihi.. However there is a warning sign board that stated those with critical illness such as asthma, heart problem, diabetes and high blood pressure should not use this pool. Also u need 2 know that our body will get dehydrated when exposed to heat, therefore we should drink lots of water after using hotspring..

There is also a little river to boil some egg.. It only takes about 3 to 7 minutes to boil the eggs.

Besides that there are Hot Spring Theraphy Path where u can walk through the path flows with the hot water. The temperate of the hot water is moderate but u have to bear of the pain on ur feet coz u walk on a small stone :p

We left the park around 2pm and heading back 2 Teluk Intan..and I know that my lil dearest very enjoy until this happened........

Hepi belated birtday 2 me......

I'm turning to 27 on 7th October 2010..how the time flies by..but that is the fact!!!

**Cloth Diaper @ CD**

Baru2 nie ade kawan ibu mtk suggestion which is better Disposable Diaper @ DD between Pet Pet n Drypers.. mmglah both are comfort n sy pon choose both brand.. Then saye suggest to use CD 4 her baby..but I got negative respond n comments from her and also her frens.. the reason is not much time to handle that cd coz they are working mom..huhu..hello..i'm working mom to...tp nape saye leh adapt ngn cd2 4 my dotter..myb dorg blom test lagi kot..but..my suggestion is..have 2..



Act, saye dah lame dah ber'CD' ni.. almost 1 year..for both of my dotter..sgt selesa, bergaya, comel dan yg ptg mestilah jimatkan.. sb cost utk disposable diaper dah kurang...Cd ini boleh dibasuh dan digunakan semula. Ia juga boleh digunakan sehingga berumur 3 tahun iaitu dari lahir hingga beratnyer 13kg. JIMATKAN!!!!!!
Ant lain kelebihan CD ni plak adalah lebih mesra alam (let's green our earth), xde dah rashes, senang nak basuh dan...reuseable utk future bb lak..bestkan!!!!

5.00 a.m - Ibu cam rase sakit perut tp sb ngntok ibu trus Zzzzzz.......

6.30 a.m - Tebangun sb rase cam nak buang air besar.. mmg pon..n lepas tu trus solat subuh..

6.50 a.m - Pas solat rase cam skt perut lagi..tp x mau kluar plak..hehe..trus call en hubby bgtau..hubby kate die nk balik gak pagi tu..mula2 ibu x bg coz x rase nak besalin lagi..tp hubby ttp nk balik..

9.00 a.m -G klinik 6 hospital Teluk Intan coz mmg ade check up 38 weeks mase tu..kat klinik tu wat check up cam biase..amik air kencing..cek darah n bp..everything is ok..then bl jumpe doktor bgtau ade mild contraction..every half an hour datang sakit..doktor suruh balik dulu..tp ckp ngn doktor ibu sakit..then doktor buat ve(vaginal examination) dah tebuka 3cm rupenyer..

11.00 a.m - Kena tolak ke wad labour room dengan seorang diri..huhu..sedey sb hubby x smpai lagi..siap gaduh ngn nurse tu coz x nk naik wheel chair..tp kena naik gak..

11.30 a.m - Doktor buat ve lagi skali...dah 6 cm rupenyer..trus kena masuk labour room..doktor n nurse asyik ty hubby mane jer coz mase tu request bilik single for hubby masuk skali dlm labour room tu...

11.40 a.m - amik darah..pasang smua alat2 smbil sembang ngn doktor practical yg sgt baik..doktor tu siap cakap.."suami puan x dtg lagi..lagi 10 mnt klu x smpai jugak sy call kan ok..smntra tu sy teman tgu puan kat cni..".

11.45 a.m - doktor pakar lak dtg..siap tolak2 kat tmpt bby tu bg bby cepat kluar..sakitnyer Allah yg tau..nsb baik pastu hubby masuk..lega rasenyer..

12.05 p.m - ckp ngn hubby bby cam dah kuar..hubby pon jerit panggil doktor ngn nurse..

12.08 p.m - Dengan kebesaran dan izin Allah..lahir seorg lagi khalifah di muka bumi ini...

~Quick update~

Quick post from me..for two month summary..

• 1 May 2010 - Happy Birthday to my dearest..May everyday be filled with sunshine and smiles, laughter and love. Huhu..sori coz nothing special from me 4 this year.
• 27 - 29 May 2010 - My little dearest humairah was admitted due to bronchopneumonia.. Sian anak ibu.. I'm very sad to see the situation at that time..pity of u my dear..
• 1 June 2010 - Happy 3rd anniversary with my beloved husband.. I love you, not for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. My sweet hubby and I have been married for three years. I love him for a million reasons. I love the way he listens. I love how he sees the good in everyone. I love his problem solving skills and how he helps me to solve problems. I love his presence in the house. I love that he is steadfast, strong, and honorable. I love the way he loves our two little princess. I love him. I love us. Happy Anniversary my Love.
• 8 June 2010 - Wardah already can walk..tapi step masih x betul lagi..hopefully she can walking better..ibu sentiasa besama wardah..
  

~Thumb Sucks~

Dah lame x post entry kat cni..dah sekian lame dlm kesibukan kelas, kursus dsbnyer..

Mgu ni br saya berkesempatan untuk aktif kembali berblogging sb student dah nak start exam next week. So kelas on da habis..

For this entry, I want to share about thumb sucks..Nape saya beminat ngn tajuk ni..sb....both of my dotter are in this situation..humairah n wardah sama-sama hisap jari..dah tyr bg pacifier masa kecik tp still x nak..jari diorg juga yg sedap..

Ni adalah petikan dari majalah pa & ma februari 2007

Kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa bayi memang suka menghisap dan ia tidak dipengaruhi oleh penyusuan. Bayi yang suka menghisap jari atau tangan didapati lebih mudah tidur malam kerana ia dapat membuatkannya selesa. Sesetengah bayi akan menghisap jari apabila mereka berasa penat, bosan atau perlukan belaian. Bayi anda bukannya lapar selepas menyusu.
Kelakuannya itu adalah normal. Janganlah risau. Tabiat ini akan berkurangan apabila mereka mempelajari benda-benda baru. Kebiasaannya,tabiat sebegini akan hilang apabila bayi
mencecah umur sembilan bulan hingga setahun. Menurut kajian yang dilakukan oleh American Dental Association, tabiat menghisap jari tidak akan memudaratkan dan menyebabkan masalah kepada pertumbuhan gigi dan gusi kecuali jika ia diteruskan melebihi usia empat hingga
lima tahun dan 99 peratus kanak-kanak akan berhenti menghisap jari atau tangannya sebelum
mencecah usia ini. Jadi, tiada apa yang perlu anda khuatirkan bukan?

langkah2 menghentikan bayi menghisap jari:

Step 1:
Give your child extra attention and observe if conflicts or anxiety provoke thumb sucking. If so, help him find more healthful ways to deal with stress.

Rasanyer time dorg nk tdo jer dorg hisap..bukan sb stress..untuk keselesaan..

Step 2
Reward your child for progress made towards her goal. Don't think of it as a bribe because it's something she earned through effort.
Huhu.. xpenah lak merasuhkan mereka agar x menghisap jari..ugut pon x penah..

Step 3
Paint something that taste bad on his thumb, like vinegar or pickle juice. Don't do it forcefully or without his permission, but as a way of helping him achieve his goal. Then when he's engaged in television and sticks his thumb in his mouth out of habit, the bad taste will quickly remind him of what he's trying to accomplish.

Mmmm....akan difikirkan setelah umur mereka 4 tahun..sb skrg x sampai hati plak..tp letak ape ek yg sesuai kat jari tu???

Step 4
Distract your child when you see her putting her thumb in her mouth. If you engage her in an activity that requires both hands, she'll have to take her thumb out of her mouth to do the task.

Selalu jugak wat camtu..cth..bg makanan..bekesan jugak tp bile nk tido still consentrate on her thumbs..

Step 5
Invite friends over that don't suck their thumbs for frequent play. Peer pressure is a powerful motivator and if he surrounds himself with kids who don't suck their thumbs, it will be easier for him to not suck his.
Sewktu bemain kawan penting..tp nk tido jari lebih penting..haha..bleh x cmtu.

Comel x anak2 ibu hisap jari..huhu..harap2 jadi anak yang cerdik n solehah..
